RETURNS
We have a 12 – day return policy, with day 1 starting on the day that you recive your order. After the 12th day has passed, unfortunately, we will not be able to process a return for your order.
To be eligable for a return, all items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused and in the original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at info@buyzecora.com. If your return is accepted, we will email you a return shipping label as well as instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. When approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

EXCHANGES
We will gladly exchange any items in your order if they are damaged or defective. We also will accept exchange for items in alternate sizes.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/ non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
